The staff was externally courteous. The room was in need of repair, but very comfortable. The only drawback to the rooms' older condition was only havimg 2 pronged outlets to use. Was still very satisfied with my stay. No complaints about the water or air temp. Had a good, affordable breakfast.

My family and I have stayed there several times now. We always get a cabin. Short walk to the river, friendly staff, quiet, a little dated but gives you that rustic comfy feeling. Looking forward to our next family vacation and stopping at Kyes for another weekend stay!

One night stay with breakfast. The food was good and very affordable. The beds were comfortable. The environment was cozy. The outlets only supported two prong devices. Water worked was very hot if needed. Television was notable. Decent WiFi speed. Staff was eternally courteous.

Great price. Great service. We had 5 people in a cabin and the price didn't increase for a holiday weekend. Reminded me of days gone by in a good way. Quaintly dated but clean, cozy, and super-soft sheets. Breakfast was great and reasonably priced. I will be staying here again. The owners make you feel at home.
